"I bought a 2005 left over Triumph Bonneville America.... It was the best price I could find in the U.S. Mr. Domino was great and kept his word. A retired State trooper tied down my bike with words of encouragement and with a great attitude. I tride to tip him and he would not accept it. My experience is 5 star for price and keeping their word with a great attitude. A great experience for me.I called later with a problem I thought I had. A technician worked it out with me as I tried to describe my dilema which was not the bike fault but my lack of knowledge. The manager even called me twice to see if I got my ans... The girl at the desk is sweet and helpful. Believe me...this made my purchase swift and easy. Thank You from a 55 yr. old ,have not ridden in 33 yr. rider and I love the bike and the way it handles...just right with the seating position. LLoyd White"

"All the staff at Capital BMW have always provided the best in customer service. The new location is great and the selection of bikes couldn't be better. I offer the following as constructive criticism to help improve others experiences with Capital. Within the last few weeks I went to the website and entered a service request to have my K1200 LT serviced and the tires changed. I filled out all the required information, submitted the request and received an automatic response saying the request had been received and someone would be contacting me. Two weeks went by and the date I had requested came and went and I have sstill not been contacted. Obviously, no one is monitoring the website requests. It would be better not to offer the service than to offer something that is not working so that customers are disappointed. Again, I offer this as constructive criticism with the hopes that service is improved."

"I can't tell you how nice it is to walk into a dealer ship and feel like your always welcome even if you stop in for a quick rest and coffee. When I purchased my new bike from(Geoff) never did I feel presured and they made sure that the bike I chose was the one I wanted and felt comfortable with. The Service Department (Jon) takes time to explain details and what is going on with my bike on all my service trips. When I've had questions on accessorys Jon makes sure that everything is in order and most of the time I have the guys in the shop install them for me. Scott and Jason in the Shop always take time to answer any questions and when they work on my bike I know its done right. Thank you Oliver and Crew, "

"Oliver sets a high bar for service. His dedication to helping the military and law enforcement is commendable. My R1100S is great and I was treated so well, I went back after a few years and bought a F 650 GS for my wife. The service department has taken care of me on every issue, without the hassle and interrogating that some others put you through. The guy they recommended for insurance, now has all of my motorcycles as I have not found a better deal anywhere. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else to buy a motorcycle. It's more than a dealership, it's a relationship."
